RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope that you are delighted with your order. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original, unused condition, with proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange within 14 BUSINESS DAYS of order delivery (except in the case of damaged and faulty items, see below). Your rights under this Returns & Exchanges Policy are in addition to any rights or remedies you have under law, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
 
To be eligible for a return:
1) the item must be not physically damaged
2) the packaging and/or product is faulty or you have had a reaction to the product (photographic evidence may be required)
3) the item was purchased online at our official store (cleanswim.com.au)
We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.
 Sale items (if applicable)
Only FULL PRICED items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds and Exchanges can take up to 14 business days to be processed after we receive your return & investigate. Refunds (excluding the initial delivery charge) will be made against the original payment method used.
Process
If you meet the eligibility criteria above and would like to return your product, please contact hello@cleanswim.com.au and state the Order number and reason for return.
Please include whether you are requesting a refund or a replacement item.

At Clean Swim, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help. Please read our returns policy below for guidance on refunds, exchanges, and your rights as a customer.

 Change of Mind Returns

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns for change of mind on opened or used products.

If you have purchased the wrong item or no longer require it, and the item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at hello@cleanswim.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment (excluding shipping fees).

 

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@cleanswim.com.au  within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the fault or damage.
  • If confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or exchange—whichever you prefer.
  • Clean Swim will cover the return shipping in the case of incorrect or faulty items.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

This Returns Policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
