Order Processing
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. We will then prepare your items for shipment and dispatch your order within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday)
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout, as we may not be able to modify or cancel your order once it has been submitted and confirmed. Shipping Coverage (Australia Only)
Clean Swim currently delivers to addresses within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time (any changes to this policy will be updated here if they occur).
Shipping Options & Rates
We offer the following shipping options for Australia-wide delivery:
- Free Standard Shipping (orders $80 and over): Enjoy free standard delivery via Australia Post for orders with a merchandise total of $80 or more. (The $80 minimum is calculated after any discounts or promo codes are applied
This free shipping offer applies to standard shipping within Australia only and cannot be combined with other promotional offers
- Standard Shipping (orders under $80): A flat rate of $10 applies for standard delivery on orders less than $80.
- Express Shipping: Need your items faster? We offer Express Post shipping via Australia Post’s network. Express shipping flat rate of $15 is applied at checkout.
All shipping rates and conditions are subject to change in line with Australia Post updates and adjustments.
Delivery Times
For Standard Shipping, typical delivery time is approximately 3–8 business days within Australia after dispatch. Express Shipping is faster, with an estimated delivery of about 2–3 business days within Australia after dispatch. (Delivery to metro areas is often on the quicker end of these ranges, while regional or remote locations may be closer to the maximum end of the range.)
Please note that these delivery time frames are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as courier delays, high order volumes, public holidays, weather disasters or other unforeseen events beyond our control. We will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but once dispatched, delays in the Australia Post network can occasionally occur (especially during peak periods). We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.
Tracking: All orders include tracking. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey. If you have any concerns about the status of your delivery, please contact us with your order number and we will be happy to assist.
Returns
We want you to love your Clean Swim purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to our Returns Policybelow for eligibility and instructions. (Change-of-mind returns are subject to conditions, and certain items like sale products may not be eligible for refund. See the Returns section for full details.)
This Shipping policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At Clean Swim, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help. Please read our returns policy below for guidance on refunds, exchanges, and your rights as a customer.
Change of Mind Returns
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns for change of mind on opened or used products.
If you have purchased the wrong item or no longer require it, and the item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, please email us at hello@cleanswim.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment (excluding shipping fees).
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@cleanswim.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the fault or damage.
- If confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or exchange—whichever you prefer.
- Clean Swim will cover the return shipping in the case of incorrect or faulty items.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
This Returns Policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We take product quality seriously and are committed to ensuring that our products meet your expectations.

Clean Swim Australia offers three (2) shipping methods for our customers upon checkout:
- FREE SHIPPING on orders $50 and over
- $15 FLAT RATE SHIPPING - Orders $0 - $49.99

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders will be processed and shipped within 72 hours of the order being placed, within Monday-Friday.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Clean Swim does not currently offer international shipping as an option to our customers. Please note this is subject to change at any time
